Snake Resources

The internet is a key place to find all the information you need for
your pet snake. Below are some great snake resources I found helpful for
everything from how to care for a snake, what they eat, and even which
ones make the best pets.
The first resource I went to was Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snake
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snake#As_pets
Another source I found helpful was information on snake’s venom:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venomous_snake
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snake_venom
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snakebite
And of course these incase one does get bitten by a snake:

found these sites cool and informative:

My advice to all you looking for a pet is to just open a phone book
or better yet get on the internet and do a little searching for snakes.
A good tip I’ve learned though is to not buy from just anyone. Buy
from reputable stores or handlers for you never know what you will get
otherwise. After you’ve bought your snake I’d suggest taking it to the
vet for a check up just to make sure that everything is on the up and up
and your snake isn’t already sick.
You can never have enough information about your pet and if you don’t
know something ask someone who might be able to help you and don’t only
take their opinion reach out and get a couple people’s opinions on your
questions. The internet is chalk full of everything you need to know
about snakes or any other subject. |
